Terms of Service

I WILL DRAW
• Humans & humanoids (furries/anthros, aliens, etc)
• Non-humanoid monsters
• Feral/Animals (both characters and pet portraits)
• Original, fanmade or canon characters
• References or Profiles
• Couples/Poly
• Nudity
• Smoking (either tobacco or cannabis)
• Disturbing content (vague for keeping it open-ended so feel free to inquire)
• Blood, gore and graphic violence

I WON'T DRAW
• Minors in suggestive or sexual situations
• Ferals in suggestive or sexual situations
• Hateful propaganda
• Characters the creator has explicitly requested not to be drawn for money
• Vehicles or machinery/mecha
• Heavily intricate armor (unfortunately vague, but my threshold is low)
• Detailed backgrounds/scenery
• Style imitations

INQUIRE ABOUT
• Objects, items and weapons
• Detailed drug use
• Suggestive/Implicative art
• Heavy sexual content or intercourse
• Fetish-specific art

(I have an entirely separate will/won't do list for nsfw and fetish art in of itself,
please do feel free to inquire about the 'off menu' items...)

GENERAL TERMS
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service,
which are subject to change at any time without warning.I do not begin until I receive the payment in full.I do not take on commissions that require deadlines.I am known for my illustrations being finished relatively fast, but my ETA is 1 day to 1 week.
In the event that your commission exceeds a full week without updates,
you are very much free to inquire about the final result's estimated time.(Also, I have health issues that arise at times,
so I request your patience and understanding
if I cannot finish a commission piece in a timely manner,
or at all.)Discussion of details are required before payment is sent to properly determine the price.
I will charge extra to alter large details if they are not specified before the sketch is finished and approved.If you do not provide an explicit visual reference of the character(s) or individual(s) you request me to depict, and only have a written description and/or misc refs of aspects on them (i.e. a moodboard or design element examples), that will be counted as me creating a custom design and will be priced accordingly.If not my own mistake or misunderstanding,
I will accept 3 separate changes of the sketch
before charging $5 USD each time after.You are permitted to edit the image in any way you see fit,
as well as using it in any form that is strictly non-profit
unless I've been consulted and have provided explicit permission,
but you cannot claim it as your own.The rule regarding non-profit usage only applies
to the art I created in terms of custom designs.
Once you commission a custom design from me,
you are free to utilize that design at your own accord.I expressly forbid any and all use of my artwork for
NFT or generative AI purposes.I will give a full refund only if no work has been completed.When paying through paypal, remember to select
'no address needed'
or I'll have to send the money back.
I only do digital art, and you will not be shipped anything physically through the mail.

Please remember that art is a luxury item and not a necessity,
I will not accept haggling under any circumstances
and if you push for lower than my set prices
I will be forced to block you from any future commissions.

The WILDCARD Option
$15

This is a 'special' commission option if you want art without all the fuss and the fluff!You give me a character ref,
you give me a general 'vibe' (if you want),
you send on over the 15 bucks (half the original price for extra characters still applies)
you sit back, and you let me work my fancy art magic.It could be anything from a headshot to a full body,
but it will always be flat colored, and will not be the 'chibi' style.So the 'bad' news is you will not get to be specific. This is an option just for something fun and, likely, something fast. You will not receive WIP shots, and you cannot request a refund after it's finished. That's why it's only $15 USD a pop, it's a random outcome!The GOOD news is:
The outcome is a SURPRISE! YAY!!
The drawing really could be anything from a silly sketch to
even more than one illustration of your funky lil fella.
So if money is burning a hole in your pocket
and you just wanna spin the wheel of art, THIS is for you.

Custom Designs

I am extremely keen on character designing, so if you're interested
in either the way my original characters look,
or have ideas you think would work well with my style,
feel free to request a custom design!I also offer redesigns, where you show me your character's current look
and I build something to your taste (or get funky with it if you prefer)
off of that initial look itself!Both customs & redesigns will be full body, no shading.
If you want the PSD file, that will be an extra $5 USD.
